Basic Information for Individuals and Organizations:

 

• Each person completing this process should send me an email with their name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the name of the organization, church or person requesting the report.  This email should go to rpaige@aol.com.   Please note, I cannot forward the PDF files containing the results of the DiSC instrument unless I get this email to verify the process.

• CRITICAL:  For those organizations that are sponsoring a number of individuals through this process, please send me an email containing a list of all those you expect to complete the instrument.  The results that I receive from Inscape Publishing do not indicate where I should send the report(s).  I will only know that a person is being sponsored by you if you tell me.  I have a number of organizations using this process and this is the only way I can connect people with the right organization.

• Your report will be delivered to you by email as will the invoice for payment.

Instructions for Accessing the Inscape Publishing Website:

• Log onto the Inscape Publishing Personal Profile System Web Site:  www.ppssresponse.com

• Read each screen carefully and follow the directions.

• On the third screen, type the following number where it says Access Code:  177118

• Supply the personal information requested in each section.

• Make sure that you have your work environment in mind when you complete the instrument.

• Proceed to the instrument and make the most and least word selections in the 28 blocks.

• When completed, submit the instrument.

• A report of the results for the word selections is automatically sent to my email address by Inscape Publishing.

• When I receive the results, I generate the written report on my computer.

• The written report is converted to a PDF file and emailed as an attachment to those requesting the DiSC results.  You will need Acrobat Reader 3.0 or higher on your computer to view the report.

• An invoice for payment will be sent by PDF attachment to either the individual or organization requesting the report.  Information regarding payment remission will be on the invoice. At the present time, DiSC reports cost $35.00 each.
